Post by Jspro »

hello I really enjoy these forums I am new to Corel and these are helpfull to me, my problem is these Corel 10 percent discount coupons that pop up every time I click on Corel web pages shows up and won't go away. under tools I click on Stop popups but then they come in as navigation to website was canceled and they're still there, they were it there are about 10 of them on my screen as I type this? I understand them being on my on the homepage but not on the help form where I'm looking for answers to my questions. Are there other folks out there that have this problem. Thanks John

I don't get any pop-ups on Corel.com and I don't have any pop-up blockers turned on. What browser are you using?

regardless of the browser that you are using, visiting corel.com will not give you any pop up. The pop usually appear when opening the corel software itself. But if the pop up appears when visting corel.com, check if the ads are for another corel products if not, then you may have a malware installed on your computer.

Better run a full scan using an anti-malware, if you do not have an anti-malware, you can use spybot search and destroy.
