How long takes to get answer from Customer Service?

I've purchased WinDVD via Corel store and I'd like to return it now. At the time of purchase I've seen the software is covered by 30 days money back guarantee. I've sent three requests at Corel 10 days ago and there is no answer for them. In my user area they show like "investigating". What is the problem here? Investigating for 10 days with no answer from Corel? If this is the case with all the customer support I'm very sorry for all the folks out there. What I've asked was a refund for a product covered by warranty!
Now I'm going to take the matter to PayPal to get my money back and never consider Corel products.

Thanks for clarifying this here in Forum.
In the future I'll make sure I avoid buying from Corel and I'll let my friends know about the issues I've got with this software provider.

There are 4 cases see http://awesomescreenshot.com/0eai71wee opened for the same reason: refund to one of my purchases from you. After submission I've been prompted that someone is going to get in touch with me in 24-48 hours. This has never happened and I think this is not a singular case (I've sent 4 requests and none has been answered). I'm really disgusted by the way Corel treat customers and from now on I'll advocate people NOT TO BUY software from you. On year 2012 when everybody strive to attract customers to their businesses you ignore customer's requests for more than 2 weeks!
As I said I've contacted PayPal regarding this case and I'm going to get my money back (perhaps you could throw a candy in for the interest earned from my money being with you not with me).

I was wondering if Corel is aware of this article in which is explained the customers rights and if Corel is following these guidelines in dealing with clients?

I am sorry, but you are mistaken if you think you are talking to Corel here. This is a user to user web board and Corel rarely visits the board -- usually only the wish list post up top. There are one or two Corel employees who come here sometimes but only in their private capacity. The rest of us, like me, are ordinary users like you. We volunteer our time to help other users with problems.

But I am sorry -- we just have no ability to help you in this case with Corel.
