seems to be a step missing in your process Kenneth - after you get to the "Select Import Source Folder" box do you use that to browse to the folder on the DVD and then click the little box next to it, so that it has a Red tick in it - before you click 'OK' - then 'Start'

select sub folder in library
insert dvd
select capture tab
select import from digital media
in “ “ “ “ “ box
select import source folders is already ticked
select chevrons

titles populate under content folder e\:(dvd drive)
select those required by clicking on little box in top
left of icons
browse to working folder
start import
title + entire import progress shows
when done
in import ssettings box
choose destination (library or time line)
dvd shows in vs library or timeline
