Contacting Corel

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice please?
I need to contact Corel regarding a refund that I requested over two weeks ago.
I opened an on-line RMA request but I have received no response from Corel.
I phoned this number: 08003769272 but I ended up being on hold for over 30 minutes and then the phone line went dead and I cant afford to phone again

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

From some reports made here there is often a problem contacting Corel customer service for various issues. If you continue to be ignored by Corel, and used a credit card for the purchase, you could try getting them involved by disputing the charge.

Well I managed to get a response, they say it it is in a queue being investigated!
Guess I just have to wait.

Well it's been way over 4 weeks now.

I submitted a refund request on line, faxed back the guarantee of destruction and I've spoken to Corel on the phone numerous times who have told me they have issued a refund.

I still have no refund! What is going on?

I am really not happy about this....no way does a refund take this long.

This will be the last time I purchase anything from Corel.

Not sure where you are, but if you are in the UK the 0800 number is a free phone number, so you can call it as often as you like at no cost to you!
