X5 Save Copy As
This command adds a second .pspimage to the file name. The "save as" command works correctly.

You're right. And, the more times you open an image and Save Copy As, the more extensions you'll end up with.
Using Paint Shop Pro versions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 16
