File name appears at bottom of video ?

File name appears at bottom of video ?

I new to VS X5 Pro. I have a very basic question, I'm sure.... Is it possible to not have the computer file name of the video appear at the bottom of the video for the first few seconds? It does fade away but is not acceptable to be there at all. Is this a Windows 7 config issue or something in VS?

Very strange - in all my years of using VideoStudio I have never heard or seen that before.

Does this happen with all your video files or just a specific one.

Where did your videos come from - how did they get onto your computer - did you capture them in VideoStudio or by some other programme.

Hi thanks very much, It is NOT happening with all so far. The files are coming from a 3D animation software - Cinema 4D as .mov. It is not there in the original Cinema 4D file. Any export out of VS to mp4 adds it. Any export out of VS to a wmv dosn not have it.? Curious, no?

Oh yes, I created the original files on the same computer in the C4D software.

Solved. The problem was simply in the video software preferences settings. Just needed to turn off the preference to show the file name on screen. Using VLan.
