Make My Own Frames
I want to know to...
More than this I want to use the old edges and frames of the version 3 at version 5 or version 6.
Any help on this???
I wish to do this:
'More than this I want to use the old edges and frames of the version 3 at version 5 or version 6.'
Any help please? Frames on version 6 are no where near as good to frames on version 3! What frames does photoimpact contain? If they are better i am happy to purchase that software!

I don't believe I can help with the 'making your frames' thing; sorry.
BUT ......!!
RE: Using the frames from previous versions of PhotoExpress, I may be able to give a hand with.
(The following assumes that you still have the older version installed upon your machine,ok? And I'm using Windows XP, so the route you take to your Program Files may be different.)
Click Start and then 'My Computer - go to your hardrive, generally it will say 'Local Disk C'
Find the Folder named Program Files
Inside of the Program Files Folder, you should be able to find one named Ulead Systems
In side of this folder, you can find the version of PhotoExpress that you want (the one that has the frames you wish to use)
The frames have thier own folder (named Frames
) - when you open it, you will see every frame that came with that version, allin .UPX file form. You can simply copy any of them that you wish and paste them into the Frames Folder in the current version you have.
(Note: You may run into a problem with the names of them being the same as the ones already existing in the folder you wish to copy them to. In this case, paste them somewhere such as My Pictures, then rename them BEFORE pasting them into the desired versions fies.)
If you don't feel like fiddling around with changing names and pasting, you can always simply create a folder (within My Pictures, or wherever) and paste any of the desired frames from the older versions into that. You can use them as you would any .UPX file that way.
Good Luck
