Can this batch convert and keep the metadata?

Post by SyncroScales »

Hi. I was wondering if this program can batch convert tif to jpg or jpg to tif files. Does it keep the metadata?

Can anyone tell me how to keep the metadata with batch converting or tlel me what programs work so I can check them out?

I am using PaintShopPro X3 and it does not keep metadata witht he new files.

AS does not copy the complete metadata. Put it still copies plenty.
Just take a file with known metadata and use "save as" for a quick test. Make sure all the metadata groups are switched on (IPTC, EXIF, XMP) in the dialog that comes up.

cheers
