Removing Audio Track

Post by santiam »

I am trying to remove the original audio track and replace it with a new one. Is the only way to do this by muting the original audio track, or can you delete it completely? Thanks.

yes you can only mute the sound within VideoStudio.

You could right click on the video clip and choose 'split audio' - the audio will then appear in the audio track where you can delete it - BUT - that has only muted the sound in the video because you can still right click on the video track and un-check the 'mute' option.

so muting is your only option - it has the same effect in your final video.
