I certainly will, not going through all that again with 'tech' support. They gave it to me but why it took so long I do not know.

For future reference :- With all download programmes I never run them when downloading but always save them to my HDD - then I create a small text file (in notepad or similar) with the serial number of the product and any order numbers etc in it.

Then I burn programme file and text file to CD/DVD and put it away safely - has got me out of a sticky situation at least once.

only then do I install the programme from the saved download file.
