Corel Paintshop pro X5 Install error

I would like to trial the new version of Corel Paintshop Pro X%.
I have downloaded a trial version from Corel and am trying to install it on my Windows 7 SP1 Toshiba Lap top.
When it tries to install I get this message:


The system cannot find the file specified.
c/users/home/appdata/ local/temp/corel paintshop prox5/15.0.0.1/setup/setup.msi
amd the installation closes.

Can someone help me with this installation please?

I am already using Corel Paintshop Pro x4 version 14.2.0.1 Have I got to uninstall this version to enable the X5 version to install?

I have tried downloading the file from Corel again, and I get the same message again and the installation ends, and will not complete.

No you don't have to uninstall X4.
Sorry, but I can't help with the error.
Perhaps you could search for the file on your computer and then try installing from that.

I have the same issue trying to install the trial of PSPPro X5 on Windows 8. I know it's been a few months, but do you remember what you did to make it install on Windows 7?

I have already tried all the various compatibility modes.
