Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X3 Wont Install

I had the program Corel PaintShop Pro X3 installed on my computer before
it became corrupt so i uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it but now it just shows this error message as soon as it starts to install..Ive tried to run as administrator serveral times I even set it up too open under administrator... still nothing?
please help.

When PSP X3 first came out I had to turn off UAC, turn off my firewall, turn off my anti-virus and anti-spyware and anti-malware programs as well as set the installer to administrator and even set compatibility to XP SP2 (SP3 would likely work as well). I disconnected from the internet while it was installing and turned off anything else I could as it would take an hour to install or uninstall. There are a number of threads on this forum regarding installation of X3.

You may also want to look up the thread that contains the uninstall tool for PSP X3 and try running that first to make sure there's no bits left over from your previous install.
