PSP X2 - install on new Laptop problem
I purchased PSP X2 four years ago. I just purchased a new laptop and tried installing my disk. Three hours later and nothing, it just sits there and doesn't respond. I contacted customer service at Corel only to be told that they cannot help me and to purchase PSP X4. I told him no thank you and he pointed me here. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have the disk it looks fine I have cleaned it but still nothing. I wanted to download a free trial of x2 so I can put in my serial number but the CSR person said no, he cannot help me.

Re: PSP X2 - install on new Laptop problem
Did you go into Windows explorer - to the CD drive and look at the files on the disc in the drive?
Perhaps your cd is not reading the disc....
BUT if the files are listed perhaps you can manually access the setup file through the Windows Explorer view....
