Lock an picture to a moving object

Hi everyone! How to lock an picture (png, for example) to a moving object in Corel VideoStudio X5? maybe i might use some plugins? i know that in some video editing software this option exist and simply to use. is it real in videostudio x5?

Exactly what do you mean by "Lock an picture to a moving object"? Do you mean that you want to highlight a moving object in a video? Or do you mean that you want to "attach" a picture (effectively a Picture-in-Picture) to a moving object and then have that picture track the moving object?

In what video editing software does this exist?

Trollface is attached to a human face. I know this feature is available in Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects.
