VS Pro X4 Ultimate New Blue Plugin 2 Problems

HI I am having big problems with the free New Blue PIP and Crop FX tools that either came with my VS Pro X4 ..or perhaps I downloaded them from the Corel Get More window.. every time I click on customise filter, the New Blue edit panel
comes up and then freezes with the message ' The program has encountered an unspecified error.....and Corel crashes and closes. I've just downloaded the New Blue trial direct from their website.. I found more trial plugins plus another PIP FX and the PIP works ! I'd be grateful for any suggestions. .thanks.

If the problem on happens when using New Blue PIP and Crop FX tools, then you may need to reinstall those plugins. You can remove the plugins via the Windows XP Add/Remove Programs then redownload them from the GET MORE Windows or use the disc that came with your order.

Abiel many thanks for your help...
DIrect X update had no effect... Have uninstalled the New Blue install that I did a couple of weeks back via add/ remove progs ...but can't find a way to uninstall or repair the New Blue plugins that came with X 4 .. they don't appear in the add/ remove list. any ideas ? still crashes
