VideoStudio Pro X3 - dmp error

ok i have had video studio pro x3 for almost over a year and i do not understand why it has stopped working. i have downloaded the updates, tried un installing it and even contacted corel after re registering. i still have yet to receive a response. my error message is attached and keeps telling me something to do with the dump file. i am shall we say a computer novice and don't understand what it wants me to do. please someone help me ?

The error message says - "Please contact Corel Technical Support and send them the dump file for analysis" - and the line under that is the path to the .dmp (dump) file on your computer.

It is no good to any of us I'm afraid - we do not even know how to open it and if we did we probably would not know what the entries meant.

You should log into your account on Corel.com - that's the one you used to register your product - then under support you will find a link to open a 'ticket' with Corel who will advise you where to send the .dmp file - they should be able to analyse it and tell you where your problem lies.

hey i didnt see where it says ticket on this. >.<
