I have PI 8 and PIXL..I purched both programes in 2003 online..I was long time not working with this prgram but now I like to working with this program ..I installed yesterder both of them but only PIXL was working but not the Smart Download.. PI 8 is not working..I like to have both Progam back (new installation e-mail)) what can I do do get back my programes?? and way dosen't work my smart download ??can someone help me please ..

Still Prolems with Smart Download
Hello There!! now I got my PI XL back..I installed it on my computer but still I can download the Samrt Download files..can someone help me please..I have no clue way it's not working..

Anyway, I called tech support tonight and didn't wait long and got the answer I was looking for... it appears "smart download" no longer works so you just need to download the components here:
