PaintShop Pro X4 trial problem

I downloaded the trial version,but cannot get any further than the start page without getting the error Paint Shop pro has
encountered a problem... Any suggestions? I don't want to buy if I can't get it to work.

You may want to perform a clean reinstallation.
1. Remove the program first -- http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... hop-Pro-X4
2. You can just redownload the trial at http://pnoy.me/coreltrials
