Why does the menu for rendering take so long to appear?

I don't know if it was like that before, but since X4 I have a minor problem when I start to render a video: The longer the project is, starting from 5 mins, the longer it takes for the rendering menu to appear.
I have uploaded a video on YouTube to make clear what I mean.

The same thing happens to me as well, but when I click on the CREATE VIDEO menu again the menus immediately open. But if this always happens on your end, you may want to try and restart the computer and also make sure that you are not using too many application at the same time.

Also try to update to the latest version of Direct X - http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/window ... tx-11.aspx
