There are many reasons why this happens, there might be a corrupted file in the program's file folder or error in installing the software.
Let us try to resolve this issue by manually removing the re-installing your PaintShop Photo Pro X3
We would need to make sure that there are no corrupted files in program's file folder. In order to do this, you would need to fully remove the software from your computer and install a fresh copy.
Step 1: Manually remove any files related to PaintShop Photo Pro X3:

Step 2: After removing PaintShop Photo Pro X3. Kindly clean up your temporary files and Recycle Bin by launching the Disk Cleanup from Start menu >> Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Disk Cleanup.
Step 3: Please update the following:
1. Install the latest Direct X (June 2010); you can find it from the link below:

2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

3. Update your Video Card drivers
Install the latest driver of your video card. You will find the latest driver from your video card manufacturer site. Check if you are running the latest video drivers for your video card. If you have an older version, download the latest video driver (a reboot may be required).

Step 4: Download and re-install a fresh copy of PaintShop Photo Pro X3
Logged back into your Corel account, to download a fresh copy of PaintShop Photo Pro X3 installer (Make sure to use the same e-mail and password you purchased the product with).
Step 5: Download and install PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Patch.
Go to
http://corel.com/patches to download the update for the program
Step 6: Reboot and try using PaintShop Photo Pro X3.

Step 4: Download and re-install a fresh copy of PaintShop Photo Pro X3.............. I have the boxed version of Paint Shop Photo Pro X3 Ultimate
Step 5: Download and install PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Patch............ Do I have to install all 5 patches or just number 5?
I had no reply so i sent it this throught the Support Cases in my Corel account!
stating something like I followed your advice & on reinstall i had this error message

I then reinstalled it & had the same result as image above,
I then rolled back my O/S reinstalled PSPPX3 & still no do-more tab
I have just had a look at my open cases & ALL Cases (open & Closed)have been deleted by Corel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
