Rotating an overlay

Post by kingfisher »

Hi
I have been a user of Medio Studio pro 8 for some years now and I have just downloaded and installed Coral Videostudio demo version.
I am working with overlays and in particular to rotate an overlay together with motion.
The motion side I can see how to do it but I cannot find a rotate options which will rorate the clip a degree at a time.
The only rotate option I can find is in 90deg at a time.
Any assistance on how to do this will be welcomed.

To control the rotation yourself in degrees, you need to select the Rotate effect in the FX library and do some keyframming.

If you just want the clip to rotate on its own, there are buttons on the Attribute tab to "rotate before pause" and "rotate after pause." To adjust the length of the pause when no rotation occurs, you move the orange in and out sliders on the preview window after you select "Clip" mode.
