Error: Playback with current display driver is not supported

Posting here is my last effort before giving up on Coral WinDVD. I installed the 30 day Trial on my HTPC to watch blu-ray movies. but every time I put a Blu-Ray in it gives me the error "playback with current display driver is not supported, please update your display driver or restart WinDVD". I Have went to nVidia and updated the driver to my GeForce8800 GTS. I am able to play Blu-rays using TotalMedia Theatre software (Free Trial) however I would rather get WinDVD working as I feel the cost of TotalMedia Theatre is Ludacris.

I am pretty sure my set up is HDCP Compliant, I spoke to someone in Live chat who was un able to help me, he said maybe another program is conflicting with it? are there any known programs that interfere? I do have a VNC Client Running on the system which is how I connect my iphone to my HTPC to use it as a remote (HippoRemote / Hippo VNC)

I am connecting to my TV via an HDCP Compiant DVI to HDMI cable.
