I downloaded PSPX4 from the Corel site where I bought it. It is in my Downloads folder instead of Program Files. Then I copied it to program files and it still isn't even in a folder called Corel. How do I get it where it should be? And, I cannot find all the folders then go with it, like tubes, brushes folders etc.
Can anyone help?
thanks

Re: PSPX4 not in Program Files-Why?
It sounds as though you didn't allow the download file to run
After your download completed (which could take a few minutes) the installer should have started and you would have been presented with the standard "do you want to run this file" dialogue box - then you should have selected 'Run' - did that not happen?
go to the downloaded file - right click on it- and choose 'Run' or 'Run as Administrator'. The download should then unpack and create all the new folders required and put the right files in them.
