How to add slideshows after one another?

I would like to have a couple different songs playing in my slidehow, but of course, you can only use 1 per show. I did a search on here and saw that you can have two separate slideshows and then join them together so that they play one after the other without stopping, so it seems like it's one large slidehow.

How is this done? I've looked and looked and can't figure it out.

After you finish adding one slideshow to your timeline, just hit the icon again to add another slideshow

I must be confused about where the timeline is. And what icon?

Sorry!! I'm sure this is a stupid question. (I have version 3, does that matter?)

I use Microsofts sound recorder (Start - Run - sndrec32.exe)
and create 1 long file with as many songs in it as I want. After you first type File - Open and load the 1st song, just fast forward or slide to the end of this song.
Then select Edit - Insert file and select your next song.
Repeat to add all your songs. The File Save and pick a file name, and you have one file with all songs playing back to back.
Then in Movie Factory 3 I create a slideshow with dozens of pictures and click the option to match the background music with the number of pics you have.
It comes out GREAT and there's a completely smooth and seemless transition from one song to another.

have you added the first slideshow to your project? If so, just use the same steps to create another slideshow (repeat for additional slideshows).
