File Mismatch Error

Post by bluewater1 »

I hope someone can help me with this frustrating issue.

Background: I made several test videos and XP5 worked fine. I then tried the screen capture feature and it worked great.
I tried to create/render a video with 3 separate files - a .mov / .mts / .wmv - got file mismatch 16803.1.3 after it was finished
I loaded Service Pack 1 - same error
I converted all of the .mts to a .wmv (so I now have a .mov and 2 .wmv) - same error.

Oh - I also deleted and reloaded the software.

I am not sure why it worked with a .mov & .mts (Sony video camera) before but when I added the screen capture I got this error and have never been able to produce one thereafter.

Ideas?
