Smartsound Music Files in VideoStudio 9

I have just purchased the Videostudio 9 upgrade after using videostudio 8 without any difficulties for a year.

Having installed the software I only seem to be able to access two of the smartsound tracks, so the selection that was available to me has been severely reduced.

Every Time I try and access other smartsound titles on my computer it will not allow me to use them - I think it wants me to pay for them.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with VS9?
