I have VideoStudio X5 Ultimate (15.1.0.34) Installed. I wanted to register the program so I could ask a support question. I attempted to log in to the main Corel site, but my login wasn't accepted. "E-mail address does not exist in our system." This didn't surprise me since I haven't been here for a number of years.
I then attempted to create a new customer account. This was rejected on the grounds that the e-mail already existed in the system.
I WAS able to create an account for the forum, so here I am. I can't create a user account or register, so I can't ask a question, even about not being able to create an account. The Corel contact info lists no phone numbers for the US or Canada, so I can't call.
Any suggestions?

Re: Registration Catch22
Hi
and welcome to the forums............
The forums are separate from the Corel site and your product registration details.
Feel free to ask a question on this forum regarding using Video Studio, most if not all of the members here are just like you.....there are a few Corel employees that do visit the forum, sometimes........
The actual Corel web site will allow you to access your account allowing you to register the product, when you try to sign-in you are asked for your e-mail address, if you do not know your password there is an option for "forgot your password" please follow the link to be given a new password.
For the Corel web site try to sign-in using this link
https://www.corel.com/corel/login.jsp
Otherwise simply ask your question here.............

if you still cannot login to your Corel.com account, can you give me your email address using the private message feature of the forum, so that I can escalate the problem to the right department.
