Lens calibration data from LensFun/PTLens

I have the Tamron 17-50 1:2.8 XR DiII, which seems to be not calibrated in the ASP database. Before embarking on learning about Linux/Cygwin, Hugin and afx's scripts, I did some browsing on the internet and found that LensFun has a lens profile in its database that looks like this:

Would it be possible to translate this data into an ASP profile, thus avoiding the schlepp of creating it from scratch?

Just use the ptlens parameters, the tca_model are not usable.

Vielen Dank, afx -- I will have a try and see how this works, even if the focal lengths might be a bit too far apart (as per Colleen).
