PhotoImapct X3
I am an enthusiastic user and fan of PhotoImpact, but it is clear that Corel is no longer supporting it. What product most closely duplicates that program? Should I switch?

Probably best to describe what you intend on doing with the graphics program. That way others that do the same things can better advise you.
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867

Indeed. Many of the things you could do in PI you can do in PSP. Though they may be under different names and have slightly different options. Some have come to think that PSP does a better overall job of Photo editing than Photoimpact. Others would disagree.
PI does much better with vectors and certain types of graphics than PSP does. Corel have let the graphics side of PSP remain rather stagnant. Even so it's still decent enough. PSP used to be known for its ability to create graphics. Just don't expect the same number of options and ease of use for vectors as you are used to with PI.
But if you want specifics you've got to tell us what you're hoping to do most. There are plenty of PI users here who still use both PSP and PI. So they will really help to give you an idea if PSP is good enough or if you need to be looking somewhere else.
