Paintshop pro x4 has stopped working...HELP

Hi please can some one help me, I baught this a few months ago, installed it and it worked for a few week but then when it loads up, it crashed and says error paint shop pro x4 has stopped working, sometimes it doesnt even load and sometimes it crashes and says this application error: the instruction at 0x6e0e08f6 referenced memory at 0x00000010 the memory could not be read.

I have those different messages appearing every time and then the program shuts down, i have all the up to date drivers, windows 7, and all the updates for this software?

Charly, Unfortunately, you are not alone with PSP stopping working, it's happened to me a lot too.
However, for some unknown reason, PSP does open and behaves itself.
Have you installed the updates? If not, I suggest you do.
If you continue to have problems my advice is to put in a ticket for Corel techs. to help you.

Sorry it's the svchost.exe that crashes. I usually recommend to ask a Windows expert for this not the program's support team (it doesn't matter of Corel or any other company)

So it worked for a few weeks and then the problems started.
I would not be blaming PSP, but looking at what you have recently installed updated that may be having a conflict. If you can identify the first time it crashed or started to crash regularly you may be able to look up installation dates around that time to see what was installed then. Remove those and see if that fixes it.
