Sony A65V not supported?
Hi, I has some issues with this software. What I try to do is import photos into asp , directly from filemenue, import photos folder, than nothing shows up. But if i do it outside the software ( looking on my memory card or my harddisk), selecting folder, than open one of my arm files, that get into asp.. This is with my new a65V. Using my old a200, the import part is no issue, and it build a list as it should. I also not find a65V in the part for the lense correction, i see some other models are listed, but not this camera. Had been realy nice if it was possible to get it sorted out
If it help any I currently use win7, but going back to mac as soon my vacitation is over, and I guess the same goes on there. Dunno if this was right board for post it, so if it belongs some where else, please move it right place, admins

AFAIK, there is no A65, it is always A65V.afx wrote: Only the A65 is listed, not the A65V.

I don't understand. I just checked and the recognition string for the SLT-A65V is present in the program:
Code: Select all
bin # strings AfterShotPro | grep A65
SLT-A65V

Re: Sony A65V not supported?
Seems as I somehow figured out of this matter by my self, after posting here.
The camera had firmware 1.04, so wanted to update to last one ( 1.05 ) , and also made sure the usb settings on the camera was on masstorage on the usb options, and not automatic, as that was what it was on by default than I got it.
Got aware of that setting than I wanted to update the firmware, as the firmware updatesoftware wanted me to set it than.
Maybe some one had played with the usb settings, as the camera was a demo model I bought, since it was the last one in the store, and I was on a hurry.
After doing that, asp wanted to import the pictures, using usb from the camera and to the computer

Re: Sony A65V not supported?
Good to hear the problem is solved ... would you like to change the thread title to include the words [solved]?
