DVD too loud

I've assembled 25 titles on DVD and noticed all of them are way too loud compared to my normal tv volume. My computer volume is way down, too, so I'm wondering how to turn down the volume on the whole DVD.

You can try using Normalize audio when creating the disc.

I did try normalizing the audio and it's still really loud.
However, I've decided to improve the productions and will have to lower the PCM volume before having VS switch the audio to ac3.
