Photo Capture Issue with VideoStudio Pro X4

I've recently been editing .mp4 video files in Studio Pro X4 and when doing photo captures on these videos, the aspect ratio is incorrect. The .jpgs captured are compressed in from the sides so that the images appear too long vertically and too short horizontally. I've done photo captures with many different video formats using the X4 program and have never experienced the photos being a different perspective than the videos. Any thoughts?

Have you done the capture in Project mode? That is what should give you the best quality - and right format...

I'm doing it from the Edit tab/screen. This is where I've done it from in the past. If I change the drop down on the right from Video to Project Video, it's still the same. Is this what you're referring to?

The 'Project' mode I am referring to is right under the preview screen, when you can choose between 'Project' and 'Clip'...

That worked. Thanks! It seems to capture a considerably smaller size image in Project Mode vs. Clip Mode, but the perspective is at least correct.
