Why is nothing very little that we care about getting fixed? And odd new & undesirable side effect behavior creeping in, but never so seldom pulled out?
Is this product (PSP) being actively marketed? Is this product selling well? Are product "upgrades" all that pay for ongoing support?
It feels as if PSP is gaining more problems than fixes, while new functions are rather specialized.
My theory: development, Q&A, and PR together <> 1 programmer, and few $'s for Corel, which means not much fun for users!
This is NOT support, and it is NOT working ... PSP is a dying product.
I think it time to learn that OTHER program.

Re: PSP X4 Problems, service packs, bugs & fixes
That's a broad statement. I'm sure that there are a number of so called 'bugs' that haven't been addressed but that doesn't translate into "Why is nothing we care about getting fixed? And odd new & undesirable side effect behavior creeping in, but never out?"
The few things that "I cared about, such as 16 bit frames and some tool 'bugs', have been addressed".
I'm sure some one who 'matters' does read the thread "PSPx4 Bugs and fixes".
Keep posting in that thread and you just never know what may happen next service pack.
