Hi I purchased a copy of VideoStudio Pro X4. The program installs without a hitch when I run it however I get an error message: "The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning". Could you please assist with a solution.

Do you get the message when you simply open the program, or when you start editing? If the latter, what kind of video are you trying to edit?

First you may want to reset the software to it's default state by following these steps - http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... y-Defaults
If the problem persists, then you may need to perform a clean reinstallation, you will need to first manually remove the program then reinstall by redownloading the installer via the order email or using the disc installation.
