I have been experimenting with using two grad filters to compensate for bad lighting situations. Today I found out an interesting thing about Grad Filter Pro. When you check "Center Line" so that you can see the line along which the gradation stops, you need to turn it off before you send the image for conversion! Otherwise, you get something awfully like a "Center Line" in the image that ASP emits from the batch queue. Don't believe me? Look here. The final result is here.
Anyone else seen this? Does anyone remember it from the B5 version?

Re: Grad Filter Interesting Feature
I have not run into that myself, but I believe it. I recall there are other plugins that place reference lines or coloring on the image that need to be shut off before outputting. The rule of thumb it to make sure all your refernece marks are gone & the preview looks like you want the output to be before starting the queue.

It was like that in B5 IIRC.
Re: Grad Filter Interesting Feature
I think the rule of thumb is that if you can see it in the preview (preferably at 100%) it will be in the output, with the (probable*) exception of the outlines of regions when the layer tools are active.

Hi,
I noticed another glitch in gradfilter pro. When straightening a photo and then applying gradfilter pro, the 0 - angle position of the gradfilter is set to the straightening angle.
