I did not uninstall my existing program - just loaded the update. I much prefer AfterShot Pro for RAW processing; it's fast and reliable with many options and plugins.

I already have service pack 2 (14.2.0.1) I have found workarounds and I must stress that I like PSP x4 otherwise but it would be nice to just do things (especially just look at thumbs in one program.

I downloaded Service Pack 3 yesterday, it gushed about all the new features and cameras supported. It STILL does not support the Canon S100 EIGHTEEN MONTHS after it was released on the market. You know what, I do not want to buy PSP X5 and take a chance that it won't support it either.

Also I would like to personally thank the good folks in customer "support" chat line for allowing me to type all the information and extensive description of my problem only to submit it and have a note come up saying no one was available during the stated business hours to take the call. Because you no longer support me I am no longer a customer. The best thing Corel ever did for me was to drive me into Lightroom 's hands. Unbelievable you are still in business.

Indeed we noticed that the filter isn't working and have escalated this.

Sorry.
