On fedora (16), I can't delete a point from a polygon or curved region.

Alt + click, Alt + Ctrl + click, Alt + Maj + click don't work.

I already disable gnome's Alt+click shortcuts...

Yup, the joys of Linux Window managers.
Remap the WM keys to some other meta key...
