[SUGGESTION] FAQs per subforum

Hello,

Just a thought whether it would or not be a good idea to pin a FAQ on top of each subforum, which would sum-up the problems that occur most of the time, and thus (let's hope) help reducing the redundant questions number.
I belong to those people who don't read FAQs, HOW-TOs and manuals until they face a problem they can't solve in a couple of clicks, but then I'm happy when I can find the solution through those docs.
