Local Tone Mapping Freezes Program

Post by JimHanus »

I'm using X4 and tried Local Tone Mapping for the first time. Any time I try to use it the program freezes and I have to use Task Manager to close it and re-start. It does it on any image I've tried. Am I doing something wrong or does it only work on specific file types? Haven't had any other problems with the program. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not afraid to admit I made a mistake. It seems the Tone Mapping dialog box for some reason was opening up on my second monitor, which was turned off! I'm only using one monitor so didn't see it. That's one to remember...
