Video Studio7- JPEG images wont resize to screen size

I have loaded JPEG images from my olypmus camera to videostudio7 and created a "slide show" with music
When I display photos rather enlarging to the screen size they stay as a small photo in the middle- How can I get programme to get photos to fill to the available screen size

Just a thought.. could it be you have loaded thumbnails of the images rather than the full JPEG Images themselves? Some software products create these thumbnails for easy indexing and viewing.

Check the properties of the small images you see in your slideshow and verify the size and file type extension for correctness.

Make sure the images are in landscape not portrait.

What are your project properties

What are the image properties/size

Pu them in the Overlay and check 'fit to screen.'

Version 7 doesn't have a 'fit to screen' option

In Version 7 click on the image in the timeline and then up in the left hand corner select "Fit to Project Size" in the box under "Resampling Option"

Before you start any further projects you can set that under "File >> Preferences"
