"Failure to load Template"

When trying to create DVD disk, I create titles and set chapters. Then, I try to advance to the preview screen and the above message is displayed, "failure to load menu template". I can get to the preview menu but there are no chapters. I have tried to reload VS9 with no luck. Any Ideas???

Download and install all the content for the program. If you have a CD version, then install the content from the BOnus CD. if you have a download version, then you can download the files using the Smart Download under the Tools button or use this link: ftp://VS9:content@cs.ulead.com
