general questions

I have two general questions:

1) does Ulead have any s.w. that converts MOV files to AVI or Mpeg? if so, what is the name of it?

2) does Ulead have a program that utilizes photos (both digital and scanned photos from a scanner) and also analog video (S video or composite) and allows you to edit it in order to make a movie or slide show?
