adjust pane histogram question

Post by bill170 »

what is the purpose of the histogram display on the adjust pane. can it be modified from there?
Also - what is the purpose of the four boxes below the histogram display?
Together they take up too much real estate to be there just for looks .
I can't find any reference to them in any documentation.

Thanks, Bill

You mean the four boxes with 3 dots ... in them. No idea . But then I do not use the Manage or Adjust modes going straight to the more powerful Edit mode each time.

Yes, you can adjust the histogram by adjust any of the settings below it like the SmartPhoto Fix, Color balance, Brightness/Contrast, etc. See the option in the green box.

The four box are information about the photos like the (in order) ISO setting, F-stop, Exposure time, focal length.

See the one in red box.

I don't see what you mean ("the 3 dots"). Could you post a screen capture?
