I am trying to create some flashing text - I have Video Studio x8 Ultimate - just trying to figure how to make it work - looked through alot of online tuts, haven't found one about text flashing or flashing text.

What exactly are you wanting to do - if you just want text flashing on and off can't you just put multiple copies of the text block into the timeline with each one spaced a short distance from the previous one ?
