I am sorry, but I haven't the faintest idea what all that means -- first time I have seen such a message on this forum. When I originally installed X5, I did so using the trial version download, and just adding the serial number Corel had given me. It worked smoothly.
However, googling some of the key files mentioned in your error message reveals that it is not an uncommon problem with a variety of other software (including, ironically in your case, Cyberlink). However, Intel admits it is related to their hardware and an excess number of the same file on one computer: see
http://software.intel.com/en-us/article ... uide40dll/ -- though again I have to say I didn't understand much more of that article than what I just said. But it would seem to me to be an idea to do a Windows search on your computer to find just how many versions of libguide40.dll there are on your computer and save all but one. Needless to say, I would simply add "_OLD" to the multiple copies, and note carefully the directories where they are located in case I had to reverse the process...
