No Audio - Help!

Hi,

I have a couple of files – details below (from Video Toolbox) - and when I tried to burn them the video is fine but there is no audio? Anyone got any ideas? I’m running Movie Factory 3 Disk Creator and I’ve installed all the patches but I’m still not getting any audio. Not sure if this is relevant BUT Video Toolbox seems to think that I do not have an AC3 decoder but the audio is fine when I play them in Media Player!

Check your project settings. clear the check mark out of the box for "Do not convert compliant MPEG files".

xvid codec is not support bye MovieFactory. Only DivX videos are supported. VideoToolbox does not suport AC3 format so its the reason why the 'no AC3 decoder' appears.
