VS X4 pro ultimate missing content.

after loading vs x4 picture video music and title templates missing.
could some one please help

Hi

If you are using the trial version, then the library will have limited content, the program however is fully functioning.

The full version will have an additional Contents file, this should be installed after installing the program.
The Contents file will provide templates/samples to complete the installation.

Where did you purchase the program? the latest version is X5

the version loaded up was a full boxed version from amazon
all help from corel tech department does not work.
hoping for any ideas

Hi

As I mentioned earlier, the program may be supplied with two discs, one for the actual program and an Extra Content to complete the installation, if you have purchased the Ultimate version then there will be an additional Bonus disc.

I do not have the Box Version so do not know exactly what has been provided, but from your description, if you only have a few thumbnails in the library then i would say that you have to install the Extra Content Disc/File

Hopefully others that have purchased the box version will comment..........

Can you tell us how many thumbnails you see in the Library, please view all the Library content.
To the top left of the library are three icons Video, Photo and Audio, they should all be selected

in the library no video photos or audio,
all transitions and filters but no titles,
also no flash animation frames or objects.
in titles border /shadow/transparency has mesage encounterd improper argument
everything ele is ok

Doesn't look good, have you tried reinstalling the program.

Try this to restore the library/workstation..........
Close Video Studio..........

Rename the folder called 14.0 to "14.0 Copy"

C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\14.0\en-US

A new folder will be created when you open the program, if it works delete "14.0 Copy"

This will/should prove that Video Studio will install correctly on your system and allow you to see the full library content that should be available using X4
