Hi,
When dealing with a single image in its layer I could use "pick tool" to select image and move it with accuracy using keyboard arrows.
I created a mask from a vector (PSP created by itself a group with two layers => raster + mask). After that I am unable to move the group layer using keyboard arrows. I don't know whether this behavior is common to all type of layer groups, but not be able to use the arrows is annoying! Am I missing something? Is it possible to move layer group using arrows (keyboard)?
Ps.: Another "problem" happens when I select two raster layers and try to resize them drag'n'droping. It is impossible and I need to create a group layer to move them together. Is it the PSP common behavior?
Thanks in advance,
Cadu

To move the whole group you can use the "Move tool" it's found in the same area as the pick tool. Just click on the white arrow next to the pick tool and it'll reveal the move tool.
The move tool allows you to move any layer, as well as move all layers that that layer is linked to. Creating links to layers allows you to define certain layers as needing to belong to each other. You will use the move tool specifically to move these guys together.
Layer groups automatically link all of the layers within the group together for you so that you don't have to worry about doing this yourself. You can unlink layers within the layer group by selecting the "link/unlink group" button found on the layers palette.
It should be warned, however, that the move tool is a little finicky. It'll select the topmost layer that the cursor is clicking on. So if you have a mask layer this is considered covering whole image and trying to click on ti will select the mask layer. So to avoid that you'll have to turn off any mask layers while using the move tool.

Many thanks! Move tool worked. But a problem appeared. I don't know whether it is related with the mask layer issue.
When you mentioned "turn off any mask layers", it is just click in "visibility toggle" (the eye!)? I did it and also deleted the mask layers. Even though I am unable to move (using move tool) all image together. Move tool just move image by image individually (I have 3 at same group). Stranger than that is that in another group (same PSPImage file) I have a image (with layer mask) + a simple raster image grouped. And the move tool worked on this latter one, moving both together. Am I missing something?
