Hi,
I found a 9 hour web course about Paint Shop Pro, unfortunately version X => http://www.lynda.com/Paint-Shop-Pro-tut ... 193-2.html
Is worth trying a PSP X training, considering I use X4 version? Is there much difference between versions?
Thanks,
Cadu

Command name differences.
Some options may or may not be there between the two. I don't remember all of the changes that have happened since then. But most of the tools and such have not changed that much between the versions. And yes the UI differences are pretty obvious but for the most part they still act in close to the same fashion. You'd easily be able to find your way around.
The question is whether or not the 9 hour training was any good. On that end I can't answer honestly. I didn't learn anything from it but the information is still good and useful. It's all about the basics of how to work with PSP's photo editing options. It does have some slight information on vectors and art media but those are not touched on too deeply.
It's a good starter set. And they also have the X1 and x2 training sets where they go over specifically what is new in those two software packages. They aren't as long or as in depth as PSPX Essential Training but they do introduce the newest options.
But since PSP has not changed horribly since version X (more options added, more options removed but most of it the same) you can't go wrong learning somewhere.
